Nintendo gives away free games for customers who purchase a DSi system
Gone now are the red labels on the boxes of Nintendo's DSi console advertising the free downloadable games off of the Nintendo DSi Shop; however, the promotion itself is still in action.Linked off Nintendo's official website, a flyer from the company stated that their free downloadable game promotion is in effect until 11:59 p.m. P.S.T. on October 5, 2009.
Essentially, the promotion grants a new customer who joins the new Nintendo DSi Shop 1000 Nintendo DSi Points (valued at $10) to spend as they see fit amongst the online store's downloadable programs and games.
